The 5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan) is an amino acid related to l-tryptophan and serotonin. The 5-HTP trophic is derived from the seeds of the Griffonia Simplicifolia legume from West Africa. It helps promote emotional balance and relieve the symptoms of fibromyalgia. The 5-HTP can also help reduce the intensity and duration of migraines when it is taken preventively. It can help weight management by reducing the desire for sugar. The 5-HTP can also promote sleep. Helps promote a balanced mood. Use for at least 1 week before seeing the benefits.

Recommended dosage:

Adults, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food or according to a health professional. In order to reduce the risk of side effects at the gastrointestinal level, start with a dose of 100 mg, 2 to 3 times a day, then gradually increase over a period of 2 weeks, to reach an effective dose.
