Cornflower floral water is applied like a classic make-up remover directly on a cotton pad, gently dabbing the eyes and face. For an anti-dark circle treatment, soak two oval cotton pads in fresh or even cold cornflower floral water as a compress on the eyes morning and evening for at least 5 minutes.
