• Choose your favorite vegetables;
• choose your favorite cooking mode;
• sprinkle the seasoning on the vegetables (and go well with the back of the spoon!);
• fill your plate and let the energy seize you!

What to use it? Perso, we love to put 1 c. Soup in ¼ cup of oil and marinate our vegetables before putting them into the bake to gently. Carrots, turnips, beets, soft peppers, potatoes. Marinade :1 tbsp. soup for ¼ cup of oil. Vinaigrette :1 tbsp. for ½ cup of oil and ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar. Dipper :1 tbsp. Soup with ½ cup of nature yogurt, mayonnaise or safe cream.
