Organic red lentils are broken dried vegetables incredibly versatile and delicious! Like pasta, red lentils can be cooked in boiling salt water. They cook for approximately 20 minutes (they are tender, but still a little crisp), or until desired consistency. Tender with a sweet and earthy taste, they can easily replace meat in meals:they can also be added to salads and soups. They mix well and are cleaned upright, if you want more texture, thickness and taste to your recipe. Always have this delicious product in your pantry!Ingredient:
