Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the human body, and is necessary for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, maintains regular heartbeat and solid bones. It is also involved in the metabolism of energy, the proteins and the synthesis of DNA. Without magnesium organs and body tissues can not work properly and a deficiency in this essential mineral can assign virtually all organ systems in the body. A magnesium deficiency has been involved in a wide range of conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, behavioral problems, diabetes, chronic fatigue, migraines, muscle pain (including restless leg syndrome), the osteoporosis and premenstrual syndrome. In the skeletal muscles a magnesium deficiency can cause jerking, cramps, muscle tension, muscle pain - including back pain, neck pain, tension headaches and jaw articulation. Magnesium allows muscles to relax.

Recommended dosage:

Adult:Mix 1 tablespoon (6.78 g) in 150 ml (5 oz) of water or as directed by a health practitioner.
