Energy Bites

We know energy balls well. They gain their popularity thanks to their strong nutritional profile. This recipe offers you a more nourishing alternative with a dose of protein. In the children's lunch box, in the gym bag or grabbed on the fly before leaving the house, these bites will keep you going until the next meal.

Ingredients

Bites

  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 scoop of unflavored fermented vegan proteins+ (Genuine Health)
  • 1 ½ tsp. tsp Matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp. at the table of water
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 C. tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios

Toppings

  • Beet Root Powder
  • Grated coconut
  • Matcha Powder
  • Chopped pistachios

Preparation

  1. Process the cashews, grated coconut, coconut flour, fermented vegan proteins+ and Matcha powder in a food processor until reduced into small pieces.
  2. Add the water, maple syrup and coconut oil.
  3. Mix the ingredients in the food processor. Shape dough into balls.
  4. Coat well with desired toppings.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until the dough is set.
