Shrimp roll recipe

Ingredients for the shrimp roll recipe

  • 250 g cooked shrimp, defrosted
  • 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper , to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns

Preparation of the shrimp roll recipe

In a medium bowl, combine the peeled and cooked shrimp with the chopped celery.

Add mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice and chopped chives to shrimp and celery mixture. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix well to evenly coat the shrimp and celery with the sauce.

Cut the hot dog buns on top without cutting them completely in half. Open and divide the shrimp mixture evenly between the buns.
