The Koyo Aramé alga comes from the Pacific coast, in the center of Japan. 100 years ago, this alga was used as a sacred offering to the famous Sanctuary of Ise where it is always harvested according to the traditional method. Each year, at the beginning of spring, local fishermen gather at low tide or plunged into shallow coastal waters to pick the young leaves of alarm. It is then finely shredded, well rinsed and dried in the sun before being packaged. The traditional Japanese seaweed is used in particular in the kitchen to enhance your salad recipes, delicious in soups, pans and stews.

Instructions for use

Soak in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes; She will double the volume. Drain well while maintaining soaking water for cooking.
