In-store pick up
Once your online order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 24 to 48 business hours, you will receive a second email telling you that your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this second email, otherwise your order might not be ready.
All orders are prepared on weekdays, until 4 p.m. and can be collected anytime during our opening hours.
Pick-up your online order
Head to the service desk and let a member of our team know that you wish to pick up your online order. Have your order number and a photo ID ready, these will be requested.
Important delays for in-store pick up
You have 14 days to pick up your order, starting when we send you the second email. Beyond this period, your order will be partially refunded. 15% will be deducted for handling fees.
Perishable products will not be refunded or replaced. In order to avoid food waste, we ask you to collect your order as soon as you receive the second email.
