Once your online order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 24 to 48 business hours, you will receive a second email announcing that your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this second email, otherwise your order will not be ready.
All orders are prepared on weekdays, until 4 p.m. and can be collected anytime during our opening hours:
- Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Head to the service desk and let a member of our team know that you wish to collect your online order. Have your order number and a photo ID ready, these will be requested.

You have 14 days to pick up your order, starting when we send you the second email. Beyond this period, your order will be partially refunded. 15% will be deducted for handling fee.
Perishable products will not be refunded. In order to avoid food waste, we ask you to collect your order as soon as you receive the second email.
