We will ship your order everywhere in Canada quickly and with the utmost care so that you can enjoy your purchases without any unpleasant surprises!
Orders are packed within 24 to 48 business hours.
If additional time is necessary, for example if an ordered product is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
We offer delivery everywhere in Canada.
Our delivery service is provided by Canada Post, LivRapide or Nationex. The choice of carrier is at the discretion of La Moisson, who will generally choose the most affordable delivery option.
Carriers are responsible for their own delivery delays.
Once the package has left our warehouse, La Moisson is no longer responsible for it. After taking charge of the packages, the carrier has full responsibility.
La Moisson is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
It is the customer's responsibility to give us the correct delivery address, without error. A wrong entry could result in the loss of the package or its return to La Moisson.
If a package is returned to us because the address has not been correctly indicated, the return and resend costs charged to the customer.
No delivery is made outside Canadian borders.
Uncollected package at a canada Post branch
A package that has not been not collected at the post office by the customer will be returned to La Moisson.
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected in time, the costs of return and resent must be paid by the customer.
Actual shipping costs are set by the carrier.
A standard fee of $7.99 (taxes included) is applied for every.
If the delivery exceeds the amount paid by the customer ($7.99 taxes included), La Moisson will pay the difference, up to $10 (taxes included).
Overload charges may apply according to conditions determined by the carrier, including the delivery address, the volume of the package or its weight.
If overload charges apply, the customer will be contacted and may choose to modify their order or pay the fees.
Overload charges will apply if:
Shipping cost exceeds $17.99 (taxes included)
The package exceeds 15 kg or requires a second box
The delivery address is far from a major center
The package is being sent to a remote Canadian region
Products available for in-store pickup only
Some products listed on this site cannot be delivered, such as but not limited to fresh, heavy or large products. If necessary, a thumbnail is visible on the product sheet and it will also be mentioned in the customer's cart.
If the customer selects products that are available for in-store pickup only, the delivery request will be ignored by default and the order will be automatically processed as a pickup.
The customer will be contacted by our customer service and will be able to confirm the pickup or replace/remove from their order the products that are available for in-store pickup only.
