Handling & Shipping
We will ship your order quickly and with the utmost care so that you can enjoy your purchases without any unpleasant surprises!
Orders are packed within 24 to 48 business hours.
If additional time is necessary, for example if an ordered product is not in stock, we will contact you within this same period.
Our delivery service is provided by Canada Post.
Canada Post and Nationex are responsible for their own delivery delays.
Once the package has left our warehouse, La Moisson is no longer responsible for it. After taking charge of the packages, Canada Post or Nationex has full responsibility.
La Moisson is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
It is the customer's responsibility to give us the correct delivery address, without error. A wrong entry could result in the loss of the package or its return to La Moisson.
If a package is returned to us because the address has not been correctly indicated, the return and resend costs charged to the customer.
No delivery is made outside Canadian borders.
Uncollected package at a canada Post branch
A package that has not been not collected at the post office by the customer will be returned to La Moisson.
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected in time, the costs of return and resending must be paid by the customer.
Delivery charges paid by the customer go entirely to Canada Post or Nationex. La Moisson takes no amount of this fee.
Orders of 75$ or more
Canadian ground deliveries are free for orders of $75 and over before taxes and after discount, with some exceptions.
La Moisson assumes up to $15 in delivery costs for each order. If additional shipping charges apply, the customer will be contacted and may choose to modify their order or pay the charges.
Delivery charges are set by Canada Post or Nationex.Additional delivery charges apply if:
- The package exceeds 15 kg or requires a second box.
- The shipping address is far away from a major center.
- The shipping cost exceeds the amount paid by La Moisson, de $15 per order.
- The package is sent to a remote Canadian region*.
*A delivery requiring Canada Post air delivery service is not affected by the free shipping promotion. Shipping costs must be fully assumed by the customer.
Orders of less than 75$
The delivery cost must be fully paid by the customer.
The amount payable will be indicated in the shopping cart once the delivery address has been entered.
Products available for in-store pickup only
Some products listed on this site cannot be delivered, such as but not limited to fresh, heavy or large products. If necessary, a thumbnail is visible on the product sheet and it will also be mentioned in the customer's cart.
If the customer selects products that are available for in-store pickup only, the delivery request will be ignored by default and the order will be automatically processed as a pickup.
The customer will be contacted by our customer service and will be able to confirm the pickup or replace/remove from their order the products that are available for in-store pickup only.
