Handling & Shipping
Orders are packed within 24 to 48 business hours.
If additional time is necessary, for example if an ordered product is not in stock, we will contact you within this same period.
Our delivery service is provided by Canada Post.
Canada Post is responsible for their delivery times.
Once the package has left our warehouse, La Moisson is no longer responsible for it. After taking charge of the packages, Canada Post has full responsibility.
La Moisson is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
It is the customer's responsibility to give us the correct delivery address, without error. A wrong entry could result in the loss of the package or its return to La Moisson.
If a package is returned to us because the address has not been correctly indicated, the return and resend costs charged to the customer.
No delivery is made outside Canadian borders.
Delivery charges paid by the customer go entirely to Canada Post. La Moisson takes no amount of this fee.
ORDERS OF $75 AND OVER
Canadian ground deliveries are free for orders of $75 and over before taxes and after discount, with some exceptions.
La Moisson assumes up to $20 in delivery costs for each order. If additional shipping charges apply, the customer will be contacted and may choose to modify their order or pay the charges.
Delivery charges are set by Canada Post.
- Additional delivery charges apply if:
- The package exceeds 15 kg or requires a second box.
- Based on applicable shipping rates, set by Canada Post.
- The shipping cost exceeds the amount paid by La Moisson, ie $20 per order.
- The package is sent to a remote Canadian region*.
*A delivery requiring Canada Post air delivery service is not affected by the free shipping promotion. Shipping costs must be fully assumed by the customer.
ORDERS OF LESS THAN $75
The delivery cost must be fully paid by the customer.
The amount payable will be indicated in the shopping cart once the delivery address has been entered.
