You must reset your password by following these 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Go to My account.
Step 2: Click on Forgot password.
Step 3: Enter the email with which you created your account.
You will then receive an email to reset your password.
Some items are in high demand at certain times of the year, which can cause an unusual number of out-of-stock items. We are doing our best to restock quickly.

If you logged into your user account before placing your order, here is how to check the status of your order :
• Sign into your account.
• Go to "My Orders / Refunds".
• Check the status of your order in the corresponding column.
POSSIBLE ORDER STATUS
Paid : Your order has been paid in full.
Partially refunded : Your order includes one or more items that have been refunded.
Refunded : All items in your order have been refunded and this order is considered closed.
Delivered : Your order has been prepared, packaged and shipped.
Not delivered : Your order has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible by email at support@lamoisson.com or by dialing 1-888-433-0530. Our customer service will cancel it for you.
We deliver all over Canada. Some extra charges may apply in case of overweight packages or shipping to a remote area.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Head to the service desk and let a member of our team know that you wish to pick up your online order. Have your order number and ID card ready, these will be requested.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
Park in a designated space. Dial the phone number provided and follow the instructions. Have your order number and ID card ready, these will be requested.
If you had selected pickup and prefer to have it delivered, delivery charges may apply. In the event that products not available for delivery are in your order, they will be refunded to you in order to be able to make the delivery. In either case, we will contact you.
If you had selected delivery and prefer to change for pickup, we will be forced to refuse your request if your package has already beeing handle by our delivery service. If your request is accepted, please wait for the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming. If delivery charges have been paid, these will be refunded to you in full.
