Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your

If a product is out of stock, you have three options:

  • - Replace the out-of-stock product with another product.
  • - Wait for the next restock.

It is also possible to ship the out-of-stock item in a second shipment; additional shipping fees will apply

We guarantee that shipped products will have at least 3 months before their expiration date.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen carrier. Generally, delivery takes 2 to 6 business days

As soon as your order is shiped, we will notify you by email. This email will contain the tracking information for your package. This link is usually updated within 24 hours. You can also retrieve your tracking information from your order history by logging into your La Moisson user account. If needed, our customer service will be happy to help you track your order.

You must reset your password by following these 3 simple steps:

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • - Acess your full order history.
  • - Save your shipping and payment information.
  • - Easily track the status of your orders.

When completing your transaction, you will need to fill out the Delivery section. There, select the In store pickup option.

The in-store pickup is completely free.

Your order will be ready within 24 to 48 business hours. We will send you an email confirming that your order is available for pickup. Please wait for this email before coming, otherwise your order will not be ready.

You must wait to receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is ready. In-store pickup orders are prepared Monday through Friday only. A processing time of 24 to 48 hours may apply.

The pickup service is located at the store’s customer service counter. These hours are the same as the store’s hours. See the store hours here.

Please go to the courtesy counter and let a member of our team know that you are here to pick up your online order. Make sure to have your order number and a piece of ID with you, as these will be required.

Of course! You will need to email us your request, making sure you include your order number.

If you had selected pickup and prefer to have it delivered, delivery charges may apply. In the event that products not available for delivery are in your order, they will be refunded to you in order to be able to make the delivery. In either case, we will contact you.

If you had selected delivery and prefer to change for pickup, we will be forced to refuse your request if your package has already beeing handle by our delivery service. If your request is accepted, please wait for the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming. If delivery charges have been paid, these will be refunded to you in full.

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products or any items marked as non-refundable on the product page will not be reimbursed or exchanged.
