You must reset your password by following these 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Go to My account.

Step 2: Click on Forgot password.

Step 3: Enter the email with which you created your account.

You will then receive an email to reset your password.

If you placed an order as a guest (without creating an account), please check your inbox.

If you logged into your user account before placing your order, here is how to check the status of your order :

Sign into your account.
Go to "My Orders / Refunds".
Check the status of your order in the corresponding column.


Paid : Your order has been paid in full.

Partially refunded : Your order includes one or more items that have been refunded.

Refunded : All items in your order have been refunded and this order is considered closed.

Delivered : Your order has been prepared, packaged and shipped.

Not delivered : Your order has not yet been shipped.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible by email at or by dialing 1-888-433-0530, ext 231. Our customer service will cancel it for you.

We deliver all over Canada. Some extra charges may apply in case of overweight packages or shipping to a remote area.

All orders require a processing time of 1 to 3 business days to prepare, package and ship. Once your order has left our warehouse (delivered status), the estimated delivery time will vary according to delivery location. You will see an approximate delay at check out. This delay is set automatically by the delivery service we use.

As soon as your order is shiped, we will notify you by email. This email will contain the tracking information for your package. This link is usually updated within 24 hours. You can also retrieve your tracking information from your order history by logging into your La Moisson user account. If needed, our customer service will be happy to help you track your order.

When completing your transaction, you will need to fill out the Delivery section. There, select the In store pickup option.

Your order will be ready within 24 to 48 business hours. We will send you an email confirming that your order is available for pickup. Please wait for this email before coming, otherwise your order will not be ready.

Head to the service desk and let a member of our team know that you wish to pick up your online order. Have your order number and ID card ready, these will be requested.

The in-store pickup is completely free.

Of course! You will need to email us your request, making sure you include your order number.

If you had selected pickup and prefer to have it delivered, delivery charges may apply. In the event that products not available for delivery are in your order, they will be refunded to you in order to be able to make the delivery. In either case, we will contact you.

If you had selected delivery and prefer to change for pickup, we will be forced to refuse your request if your package has already beeing handle by our delivery service. If your request is accepted, please wait for the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming. If delivery charges have been paid, these will be refunded to you in full.

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products or any items marked as non-refundable on the product page will not be reimbursed or exchanged.
