The leaves of Nori Koyo are made with dried and hurried algae. The fine and uniform texture of the NORI as well as its translucent dark green color are indications of its high quality. They are very versatile and easy to integrate into your everyday recipes. Use them to make your sushi or cut them into thin tabs to garnish your fried rice, soups and salads.
