Push back against colds and flu with essential oil of oregano in a 1:1 dilution. Also excellent for lung disorders, sinus congestion, hay fevers, bronchitis, rhinitis. Used for yeast infections. With antibacterial and antiviral properties, it is an anti-inflammatory for arthritis as well.
