Apple pie overnight oats recipe

This apple pie overnight oats recipe is prepared the day before. A simple assembly in the morning and voila!
Ingredients for the apple pie overnight oats recipe
For one serving
- 1 packet of Yumi Organics Apple-Cinnamon overnight oats
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Preparation for the apple pie overnight oats recipe
Mix the almond milk into the bag of refrigerated meat in the Yumi Organics jar. Mix well and close the lid. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
In a small skillet, heat the coconut oil. Top with the apples and pecans. Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove once the apples and walnuts have caramelized.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, top the ready refrigerated oatmeal with the caramelized apple and pecan mixture. Add the maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.
