Calcium and Nature's Way® magnesium are formulated in a 2:1 CA / mg ratio in a delicious blueberry taste formula. This liquid form is a practical alternative to tablets or capsules to contribute to the maintenance of bones and teeth. A suitable intake of calcium and vitamin D longer lifetime as part of a healthy diet can help prevent bone loss / osteoporosis.

Recommended dosage:

Adults:Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once a day. Take a few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products.
