Biological chickpeas

Originating from the Middle East, chickpeas are particularly present in traditional food in North Africa, India, Spain and in the south of France.

• Season baked chickpeas and consume as it in snack
• Add chickpeas to pulp with olive oil, feta cheese and oregano

Cooking:

Soak the chickpeas from 8 to 12 hours. After soaking, rinse (do not recover soaking water) and bring to a boil and simmer about 1 to 2 hours or until the chickpeas are tender. Sewage and serve.
