Rice and Quinoa Spaghetti - Organic

Organic, gluten-free, vegan, fair trade, kosher. Excellent source of iron, without cholesterol.

Ingredients

Organic white rice flour and organic quinoa flour.

Cooking instructions

Bring to a boil 3 to 4 liters of water. Add salt if desired. When the water ends well, add the quinoa spaghetti and stir frequently for the first 2 minutes. Cook for 10 additional minutes (for a cooking al dente) stirring occasionally, or between 13 to 15 minutes in total for regular texture.

Drain and rinse rapidly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and condiments.
