Adrenseense preparation supports adrenal, attenuates the effects of stress and promotes uninterrupted sleep. The exhaustion of adrenals is one of the causes of the difficulty to sleep, it causes mood swings, cravings and other problems. In a stress situation, the adrenals produce cortisol and adrenaline, two hormones that accelerate heart rate, cause the moistening of the hands, anxiety and even aggression. These physical reactions are intended to help us cope with stress. When stress decreases, the production of cortisol and adrenaline should cease, but chronic stress can maintain it constantly, resulting in cellular lesions and a depletion of adrenals.

Recommended dosage:

Adult:Take 1 capsule, 2 times a day or follow the recommendations of a health practitioner. To take with food.
