Framework helps maintain and develop bones, and contributes to healthy bone density. Calcium, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, can reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Framework contains superior forms of calcium, including calcium hydroxyapatite (found in the teeth and bones of the human body), calcium citrate, calcium bisglycinate and natural calcium carbonate from mineralized red algae. It takes just 3 tablets a day to provide 1000 mg of calcium. It also contains isoflavones and vitamin D to enhance calcium absorption, as well as mineral cofactors, including boron, which are essential for bone reconstruction.

Recommended dosage :

Adults: take one tablet with each meal (3 per day). Take with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications.
