Traditionally used in herbalistry as an expectorant to relieve respiratory discomforts such as catarrhes, coughs and bronchitis.

Recommended dosage: for adults. Drink a cup three or four times a day.

Instructions for use: Pour 240 ml of boiling water over a bag, cover and let infuse from 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to extract all benefits. Add honey, if necessary, especially in dry weather.

Duration of use: Consult a health professional if the use extends beyond four to six weeks.
