Dosage:

breastfeeding women: 1 capsule, 3 times a day with food.

Medicinal Ingredients by Capsule:

100mg PE10:1 equivalent to 1000mg Dried mushroom of Ganoderma Lucidum (Reishi), 100mg Dried powder root of chicorium intibus (inulin), 200mg PE20:1 equivalent to 2000mg of dried seed of trigonela foenum-graecum (fenugreek), 8mcg, 8mcg Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), 50mg PE10:1 equivalent to 500mg dried root of Zingiber officinale (ginger).
