The hemp seeds come from Quebec, they are raw and biological. We soak them for 12 hours to activate the enzymes and make them more digests. Then after having rinsed them, we put them to the dehydrator at very low temperature for 24 hours. The low temperature does not kill the enzymes and allows the product to be preserved for years without using a preservative. The third day they are ground on stone grinding wheels, so there is no excessive speed that may heat the oil contained in the seeds, and no more metal blade from the robot that would promote oxidation. The butter of raw hemp seeds is considered the most complete vegetable protein. Tarinez on a date, on a cracker or add in your soups to give a smooth consistency.
