Grenoble Walnut Butter

The walnuts of Grenoble come from Moldova, they are raw and biological. We soak them for 12 hours to activate the enzymes and make them more digests. These are digestive enzymes. Then after having rinsed them, we put them to the dehydrator at very low temperature for 24 hours. The low temperature does not kill the enzymes and allows the product to be preserved for years without using a preservative. The third day they are ground on stone grinding wheels, so there is no excessive speed that could heat the oil contained in the nuts, and no more of the robot metal blade that would promote oxidation. The walnuts of Grenoble promote the health of heart and brain. They also promote the elasticity of the blood vessels, they are rich in linolenic acid, an omega 3 that helps maintain the health of the brain and reduce inflammation. According to a study conducted in England in 2017, 15 grams of raw frostal nut butter per day leads to more significant weight loss than without nuts. As they are rich in fiber and poor sodium they are perfectly suitable for a salt-free diet.
