Pasture Butter Churned Salted

Enjoy the true, time-honoured taste of real butter with L’Ancêtre organic butters. Our perfectly controlled churning technique is what gives our butters their smooth, rich and creamy texture. 

This kosher butter, low in lactose and gluten free, winner of several national and international awards is sure to enhance the flavour of all of your savoury recipes. Of course, we also recommend enjoying it just as it is, spread on a slice of high-quality bread.

Our organic salted pasture butter contains only two ingredients: organic cream and natural salt! This is an organic pasture butter because the cows eat a minimum of 60% of grass daily and grazed outside for a minimum of 120 days a year.

Organic butter is known to provide the right balance of omega fatty acids. It contains a higher concentration of conjugated linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid, both essential for human health.
