Traditionally brewed from wheat, the genre has been completely revisited in the way glutenberg so that we can present a 100% gluten-free beer and 100% wheat without a tower of which we own the recipe! The white glutenberg is distinguished by its composition of quinoa and amaranth which, while giving it a supported grain profile, ensures a long holding on the palate. Sweet and refreshing, this beer with hints of coriander and Curacao represents the perfect weapon for quenching your summer thirst.
