Blessed Thistle is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a digestive tonic to help digestion and promote appetite, as a carminative to relieve dyspepsia. The Blessed Thistle is also recognized as a expectorant to help identify congested respiratory tract by excess mucus. Other very popular use, it is used as galactogenic to promote lactation.

Recommended dosage:

Adults:Take 4 capsules 3 times a day with water during meal times.

Bénit thistle grass, aerial parts ( Cnicus Benedictus ) 390 mg.
