Recommended purposes

The humic and fulvic acids contains more than 77 herbal minerals. Choline helps maintain liver function. Zinc and vitamin C help the formation of connective tissue. Zinc, magnesium and vitamin C help the body to metabolize lipids and proteins. Zinc and magnesium help the body to metabolize carbohydrates. Zinc helps maintain immune functions. Vitamin C is an antioxidant for maintaining good health. Vitamin C helps to heal injury. Magnesium helps smooth muscles.

recommended dose (adults)

Take one (1) shoe uurle every day by mixing with 500 ml of filtered water or biological juice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines. Other information on the dosage:dose unit = 1 tablespoon.
