Stone ground amaranth flour has a characteristic sweet nut aroma and exceptional emulsifier properties. An ally of choice for your soups, sauces and stews! It is used in combination with other flours to enhance their flavor. It is suitable for revenue that require little liquid as it has a higher moisture content than other gluten-free flours. This flour easily gives beautiful gilding and firm crusts and consistent with your breads and pastries.
