The black bean is a staple food for the United States, Central and Mexico cuisine. In Mexican cuisine, it is used for refrivous frijoles (cooked beans several times) with burritos and enchiladas or incorporated in soups and salads. It is a very versatile legume that, when puree, can be the basis of desserts, croquettes or galette for hamburger. Excellent source of fiber, potassium and folic acid, the black bean deserves a place of choice in our daily diet.Preparation:
Dry beans must be soaked overnight in the refrigerator. After soaking, drain and transfer the beans to a cauldron. Cover with cold water or a broth, bring to a boil, reduce the intensity and simmer over low heat until the legumes are tender (1h30-2h).DISPONIBLE POUR LA CUEILLETTE SEULEMENT
