The root of ginger attenuates the discomfort associated with travel and stimulates digestion to promote gastrointestinal comfort. However, the ginger, is a popular grass in the kitchen as in the pharmacy cabinet. It has a long history of use in foods because it soothes digestion. Essential oil, gingerol, facilitates digestion by increasing the release of digestive juices and regulating intestinal contractions. The anti-nausea properties of ginger are due to the essential oil Shogaol. The Ginger also has anti-inflammatory properties. It is used as much for muscle and articular injuries as for sports injuries as well as arthritis.

Recommended dosage:

Take 2 capsules two to four times a day or if necessary to relieve stomach ache.
