Fire salt - Original

Sel de Feu is a combination of our Fire Spice and organic sea salt. The Fire Spice is a revalorization of the macerated ingredients of ApothicAri Fire Vinegar. Once our Fire Vinegar is complete, the ginger, turmeric, garlic, onions, horseradish, chilli and garden herbs are removed from the vinegar, dehydrated and ground. When combined with sea salt, we obtain a delicious and totally unique flavored salt.

Beyond the salty taste, it's the ginger, turmeric and a touch of vinegar that come through in this aromatic blend. Excellent sprinkled on crudités, baked potatoes, in soups, on meat before cooking, or as a finishing touch on fish, or even to season the rim of a Bloody Caesar glass.

Shipping is free for all orders of $95 or more within Quebec and Ontario. Certain conditions apply.

Our deliveries are handled by Canada Post, Nationex, or LivRapide.

In-store pickup is available at all times and is free of charge. Pickups are prepared from Monday to Friday.
