Non-medicinal ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), and silicon dioxide. Recommended indication: promotes the normal functioning of the thyroid gland and the production of thyroid hormones. Recommended Dosage: Adults Take 1 tablet 3 times a day or as directed by your health professional. Do not take immediately before bedtime. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medicines. Precautions: Do not use this product if you have a bipolar disorder or one of the bipolar spectrum. Consult a health professional before using if you are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding, if you take antidepressants, substitute hormonal treatment (THS), oral contraceptives or whether symptoms persist or worsen. Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. If you do not know if you take enough copper, see a health professional before using. If you feel irritability or insomnia, cease use. Do not use if the safe seal is absent. This product is non-GMO and gluten free.
