Hawthorn herbal tea

Hawthorn is known to treat rather mild heart problems such as palpitations or heart failure. This plant is also effective in treating anxiety, insomnia and mild sleep disorders or even disorders linked to menopause.

Medicinal ingredient:

Each sachet contains 1.5 g leaf and finely cut dried flower of Crataegus monogyna (Hawthorn).

Recommended dosage (Adult):

1 sachet (1.5 g), 3 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 1 cup of boiling water for 15 minutes.

Duration of use :

Use for at least 2 months to see the beneficial effects.

Precautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bag is not sealed.
