Chamomile herbal tea

Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a calming agent and/or to help sleep; to help relieve mild digestive disorders (such as dyspepsia, flatulence, bloating and belching); to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the digestive tract. You can add a little honey to enhance the velvety quality of this ideal infusion at the end of a meal.

Medicinal ingredients:

Each sachet contains 1.5 g dried flower of Matricaria chamomilla L. (Chamomile).

Recommended dosage:

Children 2 to 4 years old: 1 sachet per day; Children and adolescents 5 to 9 years old: 1 sachet twice a day; Adolescents 10 to 14 years old: 1 sachet 3 times a day; Adults and adolescents 15 years and over: 1 to 2 sachets, 3 times a day as an infusion. Steep in a cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.

Precautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications:

Do not use if allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Known adverse reaction:

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bag is not sealed.
