Biological nettle leaf tea

Traditionally used in herbalistry as a diuretic and used in herbalist as support treatment to relieve rheumatic disorders as well as as a nutrient tonifier.

Recommended dosage: for adults. Drink a cup (one or two sachets) three times a day.

Instructions for use: Pour 240 ml of boiling water over one or two bags, cover and let infuse 10 minutes. Press the bags gently to extract all benefits.

Duration of use: for occasional use only as a diuretic. No restrictions for any other purpose.
