The Valerian E Stress used in herbal medicine against stress, anxiety and insomnia. The use of the valerian to treat nervous agitation and anxiety as well as sleep disorders is recognized. The Valerian would promote sleep, the ability to sleep during the night, as well as a decrease in the level of fatigue after 14 days of treatment.
