The term menopause means the absence of menstruation for one year. Perimenopause is the period of 10 to 15 years before menopause. In a woman's life, these two periods can be synonymous with unwanted symptoms. MenoSense contains natural ingredients that help relieve symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. Black cohosh, chasteberry, gamma-oryzanol, hesperidin and dong quai help stabilize hormonal fluctuations and ease the transition through menopause. MenoSense is a preparation recommended by health care practitioners for the treatment of symptoms of menopause, including hot flashes and night sweats.

Recommended dosage:

Adult: Take 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at bedtime, each day, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

Nonmedicinal ingredients:

Cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, silica), silica, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin (lubricant).
