This fine gluten-free flour is obtained by the simple process of grinding the quinoa grains powder. It can be adapted to your various culinary projects either by combining it with another gluten-free flour or by replacing wheat flour.

Tips : Toasting quinoa flour reduces its distinctive odour and bitterness and brings out its nutty flavour.
To toast, place the flour on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer no thicker than 1/4 inch. Bake at 220F for 90 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before storing in the refrigerator or freezer.
