Oleic sunflower is nothing classical sunflower;

• It provides an oil greater than olive oil

Oleic fatty acid, also known as omega-9, is a highly resistant heat-resistant fat and one of the pillars of the Mediterranean diet. For qualifying "oleic", a sunflower oil must contain a minimum of 75% mono-unsaturated fat. Classic sunflower oils contain only 25%. With its rate of 82% oleic fat, the oleic sunflower oil from the pre-rieur farm rivals directly with the best olive oils! 

A tablespoon of our oleic sunflower oil provides 10.6 g of omega-9. Or 27.4% of the recommended daily dose. Thus we will fill the entire need for omega-9 with 3 to 4 c. Oil table a day. This same amount of oil will provide a good dose of vitamin E, thus fulfilling more than half of the daily needs. Sunflower oil contains almost twice as much as olive oil.

Oleic fatty acid, or omega-9 is recognized for its high resistance to heat. Unlike many other oils, oleic sunflower oil may be exposed to high heat.
