Glucosamine is essential to the synthesis of proteoglycans, molecules whose role is to provide tendons, ligaments and cartilage Resilience and the necessary force. It also helps protect the cartilage against the effects of mechanical stress. The sulphate, another compound of proteoglycans, acts in synergy with glucosamine to promote repair and regeneration of cartilage. In addition, it provides a natural mixture of hyaluronic acid (AH), chondroitin sulphate, glucosamine sulphate and amino acids that contributes to the synthesis of cartilage and articular integrity. In order to further promote collagen formation, this preparation is enriched with L-lysine and proline. These amino acids are subjected to a hydroxylation process and form hydroxyproline and hydroxylysin during a reaction in which vitamin C intervenes, constituting the "cement" which retains together the collagen. In the body, silica is found mainly in connective tissues and plays a role in collagen formation. The claw of the devil and turmeric are added to facilitate articular flexibility, ease and mobility, partly by maintaining the eicosanoid metabolism *.

Precautions
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking this product. The rare side effects of glucosamine and the devil's claw include nausea, stomach burns, diarrhea and constipation, dizziness, skin reactions or headaches. Curcuma is not advisable for people who suffer from biliary obstruction. Glucosamine can affect some anticoagulants. Consult your doctor for more information.
