How does it work?

Choose the reusable PickPack packaging when checking out.
Receive your package in eco-friendly, reusable packaging.
Once you’ve unpacked your order, simply return the packaging by dropping it off in a Canada Post mailbox or at a Post Office near you. It will then be cleaned and ready to be reused!

The small surcharge added to your order is used solely to cover handling and return costs. By choosing PickPack, you’re directly helping to reduce waste and promote a more responsible consumption model.

Shipping is free for all orders of $95 or more within Quebec and Ontario. Certain conditions apply.

A flat fee of $9.95* plus tax applies to all orders of $94.99 or less, as well as to orders shipped elsewhere in Canada. Certain conditions apply.

Our deliveries are handled by Canada Post, Nationex, or LivRapide.

In-store pickup is available at all times and is free of charge. Pickups are prepared from Monday to Friday.

You can pick up your order during our business hours once it is ready.
