our balsamic mousto vinegars use a secret recipe for family spices transmitted for generations to create a tasty sweet and tanced umami flavor that will turn your salads, vegetables, meats and seafood dishes into works of Culinary art.

Instead of conventional balsamic vinegar usually uses, our balsamic Mousto is enriched with petimezi - an old grape molasses recipe, which gives our vinegar a rich and fruity sweetness. Then he is aged in oak barrels for six years to further enrich his flavor.

Our Mousto is certified organic, so as all our products, we never use pesticides or chemicals to make it. It is also free from preservatives, additives and dyes, so that each batch can have consistency variations.
