2 Kombucha-cocktail recipes
To kick off the weekend, to get summer vacation started or simply for a Wednesday afternoon while working, enjoy one of our 2 Kombucha-cocktail recipes. The first with a tropical flavors of mango and papaya, the second with a refreshing taste of kiwi and pineapple.
It's gonna be a beautiful sunny summer, wherever you are!
The rising tide
Ingredients
- 22 ml (3/4 oz) lemon juice
- 22 ml (3/4 oz) stevia syrup
- 45 ml (11/2 oz) non-alcoholic Vodka or Vodka
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 135 ml (41/2 oz) RISE 1g – Mango & Papaya
- Lemon slice and fresh mint sprig as garnish
- Ice
Preparation
In a shaker, combine the first 4 ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well refreshed.
Pour into a large cocktail glass and add the kombucha. Mix gently with a long spoon.
Top with a slice of lemon and fresh mint leaves.
The sunshine vitamin
Ingredients
- 30ml (1 oz) alcohol-free gin or gin
- 7.5ml (1/4 oz) lemon juice
- 2 stalks of fresh mint
- 150ml (5oz) of RISE 1g – Kiwi & Pineapple
- Ice
Preparation
Combine gin, lemon juice and mint sprigs in a glass filled with ice.
Add the kombucha, then stir with a spoon.
Top with a slice of fresh lemon.
