- 1 apple, peel on and cut into small cubes
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 scoop Vegan Pro caramel Butterscotch
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- Granola Essential or homemade

Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in blender, except for the water and the granola. Add water gradually, there must be enough to mix everything, but not too much to avoid getting a liquid texture. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish granola. You can also add pieces of apple, nuts and a splash of apple syrup.
