Flourless brownie recipe

1/3 cup creamy unsalted peanut butter
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. tbsp ground flaxseed
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup soy beverage
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp. teaspoon baking powder
Preparation for flourless brownies recipe
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line an 8 x 8 square pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut sugar and maple syrup.
Add the flax seeds and mix again.
Puree the chickpeas in the food processor, then add to the mixture.
Add the vegetable drink, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Place in the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the brownie begins to crackle on top.
Let cool before serving.
