Summer-fall cocktail
It's way too early to talk about fall! But apple time on the other hand, you have to think about it seriously because it's approaching! This is why I am offering you this week a cocktail recipe that combines both the summer side of hibiscus and the autumn flavor of apples.
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30ml) vodka or non-alcoholic vodka
- ¼ Gala apple, peeled + 1 slice to garnish
- 0.5 oz (15ml) lime juice
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint + a few leaves to garnish
- 4 oz (120ml)RISE Kombucha – Hibiscus & Rosehip
- Crushed ice
Preparation
In a glass filled with ice, pour the vodka and lime juice and add the apple and mint.
Add the kombucha.
Mix using a spoon.
Garnish with an apple slice and mint leaves.
