Ingredients for the plant-based mocha baked oats recipe
- 1/2 cup oat flour (or ground oat flakes)
- 1 scoop of chocolate flavored plant-based protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup infused coffee, hot or cold
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350°F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the chocolate chips.
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and cover with the rest of the mixture.
Put in the oven for about 15 minutes. For a more solid texture, increase cooking time.
