Moringa-infused guacamole recipe

With the avocados it contains, guacamole is already a nutritious dish. But when you add moringa powder to it, you get a dip that's high in calcium, iron, plant-based protein and more. Try our moringa-infused guacamole recipe for a deliciously nutritious snack.

Ingredients to prepare the moringa-infused guacamole recipe

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp moringa powder 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 hot pepper, optional

Steps to prepare the moringa-infused guacamole recipe

Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pits and spoon out the flesh to place in a bowl. Mash with a fork.

Incorporate the other ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips, veggies or even fajitas and burritos.
