- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed protein (optional)
- 5 drops stevia
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of coconut sugar

Steps to prepare the pumpkin spice vegan latte recipe
Brew espresso.
Pour coffee into a glass container. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin seed protein, pumpkin spices, vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk vigorously by hand or with a hand mixer.
