Ingredients for the allergen free banana bread recipe

Steps to prepare the allergen free banana bread recipe

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a loaf pan with parchemin paper. 

In a small bowl, blend flour, baking soda and salt. 

In a separate bowl, mix sugar and WowButter. Once incorporated, add mashed banana and flax eggs. 

Blend the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. 

Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. 

Let the banana bread cool in the pan on a wire rack for about 10 minutes. Take the banana bread out of the pan by pulling on the parchemin paper, than remove paper.

Enjoy warm or keep it in the fridge or freezer for later.
